A wildflower

Only to be admired from distance

To imagine, and dance through memory and mind

Not able to touch, too far to cling, or hold.

The embrace -

To miss, 

To sway in the swirl of the breeze in autumn fields as the wind carries you away

Lingering with each season 

A wildflower

Not to touch,  but to remember, to cherish-

The wind only gets a temporary dance-

As it too, dies. 

~Cold, rainy promise of Spring~

Today was well spent.... with family and kids. The dawn before another year older for everyone. Buttercups about an inch out of ground.
Met our neighbors (new) on Luther Lane. Vandy enjoyed running free and open in flooded creek banks and fields. Mama had a great meal today with everyone making it! Hillary & Jayla made a Tee-Pee together and no school tomorrow due to water issues!
Brock and Emmi discussed college plans... visits... life.

~Trips to (802) Vermont this year~

We had two wonderful trips to Vermont this year....one in the summer and one in the winter......

Well, it has been almost a full year since my posting anything on here......I've missed writing, but I like to write with a plethora of pictures, color, words, and music. So, I think I have this figured out....at least for now. I will try to catch up and reminisce on the last year of life and what it has brought forth. I will start today with my children.....They each turn a year older during February and March.
