Is it strange that I start this that Thanksgiving is almost here when it's already passed? Yes, I think so. But, as you know I am late.....late because the way in which I must upload my pics and type text to upkeep this blog.....but today has been just what the doctor ordered.....slept in, coffee, ran, shopping in Downtown Dickson with Hilly and my mom. It was fun.....such a rainy day....bleakish out, not too cold, bare trees at least for most of them. We had lunch at a wonderful spot called Ginger, a new little spot in the downtown area. Also, I gathered great gift giving ideas for some particular people...(how's all of that for alliteration?) lol.
Thanksgiving pictures will soon follow. It was such a wonderful time had by all. It was as if things didn't skip a beat in many ways......my thoughts are with Kendra. I surely hope she gets better and overcomes this awful disease. Joe and Morgan all went up to the Northeast and we had the Franzoni's over to our Thanksgiving. The day was just right for fun outdoors for everyone.
This black Friday...no shopping.....however,Brock's team made it to State Playoffs...which is a big deal. I think, Yes, I think it is. Well, off to Cookeville next week for the championship.
Brock, lately, when not in school or on a field or with friends over, spends it texting or snap chatting with Emma. LOL - He's always snapping pictures of us at random.....geez. Cooper is in love with Mindcraft, enjoys friends over, and looking forward to spending more time with his brother (even though he's mean to him most of the time lol) :)
Hillary is busy with friends and basketball....we play our first game this next weekend! Gary and Hilly hung lights last week outside for the holidays and right now Brock is helping Gary....lort, I hope no one gets hurt.......
Our cat, Gypsy, Cutie, or Olive, it changes week to week......has been up a tree for 3 days.....crazy, huh?
My mind is busy and lately recreating all those moments of last year,,,,,driving home at exactly this time last year......straight through 18 hours.....coming home to a 10 inch snow.......feeling loved in both places....that's lucky. Another thing that is lucky is having those people to reminisce with here with us :)
Peace to you all.....now to upload those pictures.........
